The Tetruss is a precision instrument for
BDSM style bondage suspension. Every component and connection,
every angle that creates the structural integrity of the Tetruss
is precisley calibrated. This precision along with the materials
selected, give it the greatest strength combined with the
lightest weight. Each connection in the system uses a double
thumb rivet for added strength. Each male tube connection
is swedged down with a 4 inch neck that slides and locks into
its female counterpart. The 4 corner connectors are made of
the same high strength aluminum alloy as the tubes, and custom
welded to the precise angles required by the tetrahedronal
shape. The
Tetruss
design was developed to support up to 300 pounds with a safety
factor greater than 5.5.
